A\u0165 u\u017e jde o studenty, kte\u0159\u00ed se sna\u017e\u00ed dodr\u017eet term\u00edny, profesion\u00e1ly, kte\u0159\u00ed odkl\u00e1daj\u00ed spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed projekt\u016f ze strachu z ne\u00fasp\u011bchu, nebo dokonce o ty s podnikatelsk\u00fdmi sny, kte\u0159\u00ed \u010dekaj\u00ed na \u201edokonal\u00fd okam\u017eik\u201c, prokrastinace ti\u0161e nahlod\u00e1v\u00e1 jejich p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti. Toto chov\u00e1n\u00ed, zd\u00e1nliv\u011b opatrn\u00e9 a zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9, ve skute\u010dnosti maskuje strach z akce a nadm\u011brnou \u00fazkost z v\u00fdsledku. Nap\u0159\u00edklad nov\u00fd zam\u011bstnanec m\u016f\u017ee dostat d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd \u00fakol anal\u00fdzy trhu, ale prokrastinuje, proto\u017ee si nen\u00ed jist\u00fd, jak za\u010d\u00edt. Mohou si \u0159\u00edkat: \u201eNejd\u0159\u00edv se mus\u00edm nau\u010dit v\u00edce dovednost\u00ed v anal\u00fdze dat,\u201c nebo \u201ePo\u010dk\u00e1m, a\u017e m\u011b zas\u00e1hne inspirace.\u201c Toto sm\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed vede k tomu, \u017ee je \u00fakol odkl\u00e1d\u00e1n na neur\u010dito, dokud se nep\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed term\u00edn, na\u010de\u017e se vrhnou do akce, \u010dasto s neuspokojiv\u00fdmi v\u00fdsledky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"letter-spacing:5px\">Za touto obt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed se zah\u00e1jen\u00edm se skr\u00fdv\u00e1 posedlost \u201eperfekcionismem\u201c. Jedinci s vysokou kognitivn\u00ed nedostate\u010dnost\u00ed maj\u00ed \u010dasto od sebe vysok\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed; boj\u00ed se selh\u00e1n\u00ed a mo\u017enosti, \u017ee v\u00fdsledky nespln\u00ed jejich o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Proto maj\u00ed tendenci odkl\u00e1dat akci, dokud nebudou v\u0161echny podm\u00ednky \u201edokonal\u00e9\u201c. Ve skute\u010dnosti jsou v\u0161ak \u201edokonal\u00e9\u201c p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti vz\u00e1cn\u00e9 a toto \u010dek\u00e1n\u00ed se nakonec st\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00fdmluvou pro prokrastinaci. Nap\u0159\u00edklad student pl\u00e1nuje str\u00e1vit odpoledne u\u010den\u00edm se nov\u00e9 dovednosti, ale po pouh\u00fdch p\u011bti minut\u00e1ch od otev\u0159en\u00ed knihy ho p\u0159itahuj\u00ed ozn\u00e1men\u00ed v telefonu a za\u010dne proch\u00e1zet kr\u00e1tk\u00e1 videa nebo soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b. O hodinu pozd\u011bji si uv\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee se odch\u00fdlil od kurzu, a za\u010dne znovu, jen aby ho kr\u00e1tce pot\u00e9 p\u0159il\u00e1kaly propaga\u010dn\u00ed informace z n\u00e1kupn\u00edch platforem. V\u00fdsledkem je, \u017ee odpoledne uplyne t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 bez pokroku v u\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"letter-spacing:5px\">Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina tohoto nesouvisl\u00e9ho procesu spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v touze mozku po okam\u017eit\u00e9m uspokojen\u00ed. Modern\u00ed spole\u010dnost je pln\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed okam\u017eit\u00e9 z\u00e1bavy (jako jsou soci\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00e9dia, kr\u00e1tk\u00e1 videa a hry), kter\u00e9 poskytuj\u00ed okam\u017eit\u00e9 a levn\u00e9 pot\u011b\u0161en\u00ed, zat\u00edmco \u00fasil\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 k dokon\u010den\u00ed \u00fakolu vy\u017eaduje dlouhou dobu investice a soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed.
