Double Penetration
(sometimes shortened to DP) generally refers to vaginal and anal sex, where one penis is inserted into the vagina and another is inserted into the anus. It can also refer to the simultaneous penetration of the vagina or anus by two penises or objects.
Common forms:
- Vaginal + anal: The most common form, where both partners penetrate the vagina and the anus.
- Vagina+vaginal or anal+anal: In some cases, two insertions (penis or toys) enter the same opening (less common, special safety precautions are required).
- Vaginal/anal+oral: Sometimes included in the broader discussion of double penetration.
- Scene: Common in threesomes or sexual activities using sex toys.
Double vaginal and anal penetration
Double penetration usually involves inserting two erect penises into a woman's vagina and anus simultaneously. This is a common practice in pornography. The term can also describe the act of inserting and pushing two erect penises into a vagina or anus. These are called double vaginal penetration (DVP) and double anal penetration (DAP), respectively.
Double penetration can be performed not only with a penis, but also with different parts of the body (hands, fingers) or specific sex toys.
Sexual activity may be pleasurable for the female partner because the G-spot and A-spot (anterior fornix) in the vagina and its anal nerve endings, as well as the PS-spot (corpus cavernosum) located in the anal and vaginal walls, can be stimulated to achieve a "blended orgasm". Both partners may derive pleasure from the tightness of the vagina and/or anus, as well as from the friction of the penis against the inner walls of the same opening or through the rectovaginal fascia.

Lubrication and preparation:
- Lubricant: Use plenty of high-quality lubricant (water-based or silicone-based, and make sure it is compatible with condoms) and refill it frequently.
- Anal preparation: Before anal intercourse, you can cleanse yourself (such as with an enema, but not excessively) and relax your sphincter through foreplay.
- Take it step by step: Start with single penetration and gradually try double penetration to make sure the recipient is comfortable with it.
