The causes of these diseases are mostly related to stress and anxiety: poor diet (diabetes), smoking (cancer), and overwork (heart disease).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"letter-spacing:5px\">Birth, aging, sickness, and death are unavoidable due to ignorance and attachment. Resisting impermanence only increases suffering; acceptance brings liberation.
