No entanto, embora o ch\u00e1 com leite proporcione prazer moment\u00e2neo, o consumo excessivo a longo prazo representa s\u00e9rios riscos \u00e0 sa\u00fade. Diversos estudos demonstraram que os principais componentes do ch\u00e1 com leite incluem alto teor de a\u00e7\u00facar,<a href=\"https:\/\/zh.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%E5%A5%B6%E7%B2%BE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">creme<\/a>(Creme n\u00e3o l\u00e1cteo)<a href=\"https:\/\/zh.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%E5%92%96%E5%95%A1%E5%9B%A0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cafe\u00edna<\/a>O ch\u00e1 com leite cont\u00e9m diversos aditivos que podem levar a uma s\u00e9rie de problemas de sa\u00fade, incluindo obesidade, diabetes, doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares e problemas de sa\u00fade mental. A maioria dos ch\u00e1s com leite dispon\u00edveis comercialmente utiliza xarope de milho rico em frutose (HFCS) ou a\u00e7\u00facar branco como ado\u00e7antes, e uma x\u00edcara padr\u00e3o de ch\u00e1 com leite frequentemente ultrapassa o limite di\u00e1rio recomendado pela Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial da Sa\u00fade (OMS) para a\u00e7\u00facar adicionado (n\u00e3o mais que 50 gramas por dia para adultos). Isso ocorre porque as lojas de ch\u00e1 com leite costumam adicionar grandes quantidades de a\u00e7\u00facar para real\u00e7ar o sabor, criando um efeito viciante. No entanto, isso leva a um r\u00e1pido aumento do a\u00e7\u00facar no sangue, o que, a longo prazo, estimula a secre\u00e7\u00e3o excessiva de insulina, aumentando o risco de resist\u00eancia \u00e0 insulina e potencialmente causando diabetes tipo 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"letter-spacing:5px\">De acordo com um estudo com adolescentes asi\u00e1ticos-americanos e das Ilhas do Pac\u00edfico (AAPI), um copo de 473 ml (aproximadamente 16 on\u00e7as) de ch\u00e1 de bolhas cont\u00e9m 38 gramas de a\u00e7\u00facar e 299 calorias. Adicionar gelatina ou pudim eleva o teor de a\u00e7\u00facar para 57 gramas e o valor cal\u00f3rico para 323 calorias. Um copo grande de 946 ml (32 on\u00e7as) de ch\u00e1 de bolhas pode conter at\u00e9 96 gramas de a\u00e7\u00facar e 515 calorias, o equivalente a um quarto da necessidade cal\u00f3rica di\u00e1ria de um adulto, ultrapassando em muito os limites de ingest\u00e3o di\u00e1ria de a\u00e7\u00facar recomendados pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Americana do Cora\u00e7\u00e3o para mulheres (25 gramas) e homens (38 gramas). O excesso de a\u00e7\u00facar n\u00e3o s\u00f3 se converte em gordura e leva \u00e0 obesidade, como tamb\u00e9m aumenta o risco de s\u00edndrome metab\u00f3lica.
